We continue to hold regular meetings with a program. We held a meet the candidates session on October 18 with the candidates engaged in meaningful conversations. We hosted the Windham County Farm Bureau annual meeting and dinner. It is always informative to hear what is happening in the local farming community. It was also a pleasure to hold a winter boot drive at the municipal building in Putnam. This helps us promote the local Grange and serves as a great community service.
We are working on improving the heating system in the hall as well as the electrical system.
Winter will be upon us and we appreciate those who use the hall for other activities.
Our pie sales are one of our biggest fundraisers and bring many community members into our hall. We continue to use material and resources to promote membership into our organization during that time.
