Entry Blank must be received by the Fair Secretary no later than Monday, Aug. 29th.
Entry fee for Youth Exhibitors entering in Department Y only is 25 cents. This fee allows you to enter all lots in this Department. Anyone entering Department Y plus one or more of the Adult Departments must pay the $1.00 Adult Fee in place of the Youth Fee.
Articles exhibited in this Department will be judged by the Danish System except for the Junior Baking Contest, which will be judged according to the Rules of the Association of Connecticut Fairs, the largest sunflower, the tallest sunflower, and the largest pumpkin. Using the Danish System means items will be judged on the quality of work taking into consideration the age of the exhibitor and how complex the item is. Items will not be judged one against the other.
Collections are limited to 2 per person
Only one Demonstration per person.
No Mixes shall be used for baked goods.
All baked goods and vegetables will be auctioned off.
